*Please discard when 10mm remains.
Burning Time and Usage
Burn Time: up to 90 hours
For best results burn candle 3-4 hours at a time, never move whilst lit or until wax hardens. Keep wick trimmed to approx 10mm and remove wick trimmings, match stubs and any other foreign objects.
NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED AND KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS. Always place candle on appropriate heat resistant base or holder on a flat stable surface, away from draughts and flammable objects. WARNING: May produce an allergic reaction.
Contains 2,4-Dimethyl-3-cyclohexen-1-carboxaldehyde, 4-tert-Butylcyclohexyl acetate, Eucalyptol. May produce an allergic reaction. Safety data sheet available on request.
How do I return or exchange an item from my Insoll Interiors order?
If the goods supplied are damaged or are not what you ordered, we will return, replace or exchange them as long as you notify the Company of the problem by 4pm on the day after delivery. All original transit packaging and damaged items must be kept until the claim has been reported and appropriate action decided. Any box that arrives damaged can be signed for as such and retained (remember to report by 4pm the next day) or alternatively the goods can be refused and subsequently returned to us.
If goods are not received within 7 working days from the order/ invoice date please notify the Company.
Notification of Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders and Goods Not Received should be made by email or phone to: firstname.lastname@example.org or 01872 581917 and it should be made clear if replacements or a refund are required.
Once these conditions have been met Insoll Interiors obligation will be to issue replacement goods for non-deliveries and damaged goods. Refunds are at the discretion of the Company.
How long will my return take to process?
We are usually pretty quick to process your returns but please do bear in mind that there may be delays after very busy periods like sales. We aim to process your returns within 1 week but it may take up to 2 weeks.
